Founder & CEO
Charlie Howes is the Founder & CEO of Klatch, the agency helping private healthcare clinics answer the question that keeps marketing budgets honest: "what is this actually delivering?" With over a decade in SEO, PPC, CRO and digital growth, Charlie also built Klatch's patient tracking software — connecting the full journey from first search to patient spend, and turning vague lead reports into real ROI. Off the clock, he's cycling, running, or voluntarily submerging himself in freezing water.

James Brown
Senior SEO Specialist
James has over 15 years of experience primarily in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). Having worked in house for the last five years at The Jockey Club, James has brought his extensive technical, content and AI experience to Klatch’s clients. He looks forward to working with you to develop forward thinking SEO and CRO strategies.
Shakthi Shanmugam
Paid Media Manager
Having worked across clinical trials, private healthcare and pharma, Shakthi values the sector for its blend of marketing impact and improved patient outcomes. His expertise spans Meta, Google Ads and omni-channel paid media, with strengths in data-driven strategy, tactical execution and continual optimisation. Drawing on his background in Consumer Psychology and creative strategy, he shapes campaigns that align patient behaviour with clinic growth. Outside work, he loves travelling, exploring new cultures and cuisine, and connecting with people along the way.
Layan Boulos
Junior Front-End Developer
Layan holds a Master’s degree in Advanced Computer Science and has built WordPress websites for freelance clients. At Klatch, she supports front-end development with a focus on clean, user-friendly design. Outside of work, she’s a dedicated powerlifter who enjoys pushing her limits in the gym.
Shirley Howes
Operations & Finance Manager
With over 10 years of experience in finance, Shirley supports Klatch with day-to-day financial management and reporting, helping keep everything organised and running smoothly. She takes a practical, straightforward approach to numbers and plays a key role behind the scenes in supporting the wider team. Outside of work, she enjoys walking her dog, training in jiu-jitsu, and taking on house renovation projects.
Ferne Wilkins
Digital Content Executive
With a Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Ferne brings experience in content creation and digital marketing. At Klatch, she creates and designs engaging content across a range of platforms, helping brands connect with their audiences through impactful campaigns. Outside of work, she enjoys creative hobbies such as pottery painting and paint-by-numbers, as well as unwinding with a good film.
