A serial entrepreneur with over a decade of experience across SEO, PPC, and CRO, Charlie is the architect behind the Klatch Growth Method™ and our proprietary clinic tracking solution. He brings big-picture strategy and technical depth to every client journey. Outside of work, you’ll find him cycling, running or jumping in a cold plunge.
Ben Sweet
Head of Marketing
Ben brings 10+ years of digital marketing experience, including agency leadership roles and in-house marketing for a multi-site physio and chiro clinic. With a background in sales, funnels, and client-side strategy, Ben bridges performance marketing with real-world healthcare insight. Outside of work, you’ll find him training dogs or out truffle hunting.
James Brown
Senior SEO Specialist
James has over 15 years of experience primarily in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). Having worked in house for the last five years at The Jockey Club, James has brought his extensive technical, content and AI experience to Klatch’s clients. He looks forward to working with you to develop forward thinking SEO and CRO strategies.

Zara blends her background in yoga, pilates, and studio management with deep operational expertise. She leads client success and reporting at Klatch, helping clients
connect data to confident decisions. Outside of work, she runs Sauna + Stretch and enjoys practising yoga.
