After a poor start with an agency, goPhysio has now become one of Klatch's biggest advocates, regularly directing new and emerging clinicians to check out our strategies and offerings.

Operating since 2001, goPhysio has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality physiotherapy and Pilates services in the Eastleigh area.


However, their digital marketing performance did not reflect the standard of care they provide. The previous agency delivered minimal organic visibility and only basic, poorly targeted PPC activity, limiting the clinic’s ability to attract new patients online.

Like many clinics before and since, an overly complex booking system was hampering conversion opportunities, with users often abandoning the process in favour of other clinics.


At Klatch, we implemented a simple one page form, capturing all the essential information, and allowing goPhysio to move quickly onto phone diagnostics and securing appointments.


Step 2 - Refine Ads campaigns


Klatch built a portfolio of high-intent local level keywords to engage audiences in the area. Over time we have refined both location, timings, and keywords to deliver a lean, high conversion campaign.


Step 3 - Local Support


Focusing on GMB optimisation, local listing, and the utilisation of structured data, Klatch has helped goPhysio in both local level organic search, sponsored listings, and appearances in generative SERPs.
