This project was enriching due to the flexibility to grow their business through multiple channels. We helped grow West Chiropractic from one clinic to three within 48 months, two chiropractor clinics and one laser clinic.

With an exemplary chiropractor service showcased by over 500 5-star reviews, West Chiropractic needed more relevant traffic to their site and to improve their existing site conversion rate through optimising landing pages. In practical terms, this meant:
- Expanding and optimising their current service pages to showcase their clinic's superiority.
- Consolidating and improving existing content to eliminate keyword cannibalisation and duplication conflicts whilst extending targeting to capture as much traffic as possible.
- Introducing a 'Free Consultation' offer increased conversion rates by over 200%.
- Optimising the enquiry funnel to eliminate bottlenecks and streamline the user journey.
- New hero content to build authority in specific target areas, supported by ongoing tactical link-building.
- Improving the about, meet the team and blog pages to show how authoritative and exemplary their service was.
When we started working with West Chiropractic, comparing November to October 2020 month-on-month, they saw a 46% increase in traffic and a 156% increase in enquiries.
Most recently, in June 2023, West Chiropractic experienced a record-breaking lead month with 92 consultations booked.
